There’s plenty of sunny space for everyone in this reverse design contemporary which is nicely sited to take advantage of distant bay views to the west and far reaching views to the north and south. Easy drive to 
Corn Hill Beach and Great Hollow Beach on the Bay, Longnook Beach on the ocean; 5 minute drive to Highland Golf Links and Highland Light. Main level has open living and dining area, lots of windows and sliders to decks. Comfy furniture and large flat screen TV, dining table easily accommodates all guests and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a peninsula counter with seating. There is a half bath on this level. The oversized kitchen, also front-to-back is fully applianced and well-stocked. The side door from the kitchen opens to a wood deck for additional outdoor dining and

Master Suite with queen bed and trundle bed (2 twins) has a large bath, there is a almost enclosed loft bedroom (double) and the sunny Great Room (sleeps 2) are all on the main living level. Step out to one of the patios from the Great Room. The first level features the fully equipped kitchen and dining area which opens to a patio with grille; additionally, the large lower level bedroom opens to a patio and has a queen bed plus a nice couch that offers a twin sleeper. There is a laundry room on this level. Excellent 
outdoor living spaces with comfortable furniture, dining accommodations, enclosed outdoor shower and everyone loves the hammock! Very well-maintained, this is a hidden gem!
