There is also a half bath on this level. On the second floor, there are 3 more bedrooms (Double, 2 Twins, Twin,) and a full bath with tub and shower. On the lower level of the home there is full bathroom with standing shower and additional large living area with TV, couches and futon (full bed). This truly is a wonderful place to spend your summer getaway – ample room for everyone here and it opens to the yard! Enjoy nearby public bay beach access at the end of Fisher Road or Ryder Beach which are both a short distance away. Ballston Beach on the Atlantic is 10 minutes away as is Corn Hill Beach on the Bay.
