The the surrounding Truro landscape inspired some of the greatest works of America’s greatest realist painter, Edward Hopper, and framed giclee prints of six of Hopper’s most renowned local paintings adorn the cottage walls. Other amenities and appointments that will make your stay memorable are a brand new kitchen (cabinets, countertops, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and two refrigerators), six ceiling fans to enhance the natural breeze that sweeps up to the cottage from the bay, and track and recessed lighting that eliminate floor and wall clutter.

During a typical day, wake up in the morning and eat breakfast while watching the fishing fleets migrate into the bay from Provincetown and Pamet Harbors. Stroll three minutes to a private beach. Enjoy a swim in the warm, mild bay
water (ideal for children). Sunbathe, read a book or pick up shells along the remote beach back-dropped with sand cliffs that form one of the Eastern seaboard’s most sublime views. If your seeking more adventure, drive three miles to the town beaches along the Cape Cod National Seashore for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking and body surfing. There are plenty of local places to rent equipment at a reasonable rate.
When the day is done, return to the cottage and shower outdoors. Relax on the patio chaise lounges. Gaze over the green landscape that sweeps down to the water. Listen to your personal music on the Sonos speaker from your wireless device. Cook out on the patio or eat dinner with family and friends at the farm table on the porch. Watch the fishing boats return like snails across the water framed in sparkling blue water and skies of violet as the sun plunges into the bay each night. All the while, never lose sight of the magnificent water view spread out before you.
