2016 brought the wonderful addition of Vernon Brown to our staff. We have introduced Vernon to you but wanted to take a moment to share a little bit more about him with you!
Vernon takes great pride in assisting Buyers and Sellers in the residential, condo and commercial sale and/or purchase process. He also understands that no sales are the same. Independently involved in property development and renovations in the South End of Boston, Provincetown and Truro for over 35 years, Vernon additionally has a strong, expansive background in design.
His Outer Cape experiences have provided Vernon with broad-reaching knowledge and familiarity with local zoning and planning regulations in both Provincetown and Truro. This knowledge can be invaluable to clients looking to build, renovate or develop property in this area.
Originally from Chicago, Vernon has a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Colby College, is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of Realtors. After living in Boston for many years, Vernon lived in Provincetown for 10 years and now has called Truro home for the last 3 years.
