Kathleen, a 30 year resident of Truro, has a deep understanding of the Cape Cod community and a passion for building strong relationships with her clients. With her extensive knowledge of the area, including Truro, Wellfleet and Eastham, Kathleen excels as both a sales agent and rental agent, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. Whether she’s finding the perfect home for a family or negotiating a business purchase, Kathleen’s expertise and dedication to her clients make her a trusted and respected presence in the Cape Cod real estate market. Kathleen has an Associates’ Degree in Commercial Finance from Boston’s New England College of Finance and also enjoys helping clients find the right business for them. When Kathleen is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family on the beautiful beaches in our area, Hatches Harbor in particular, walking the woods of Truro with her Golden Retriever, taking in the gorgeous views at Great Island in Wellfleet, and spending time with her daughter. She volunteered for several years for the Truro Recreation sports program and is a past member of the Board at the Pilgrim Monument and Museum and the Pamet Harbor Commission.
