The main living space offers a nice living room with comfortable couches, chairs, and TV; the adjacent dining area seats all guests and the kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, new countertops, a new floor, a new island with a stove, and seating. Step right out to the deck from this level! Additionally, there is a half bath with a washer/dryer on this level. The lower level offers two bedrooms, a den, plus a full bath. The upper level features the master suite with a large bedroom with a queen bed, TV, office space, closets, and a roomy full bath. Mature trees on the property block you from the nearby association tennis courts and playground. Beach chairs are provided for guests, outdoor shower, please note it is not enclosed.
