Comfortably furnished throughout, the living room has bookcases filled with books and a TV and is open to the kitchen (please note: no dishwasher). The dining area is part of the sunroom and opens to the deck with an outdoor table, chairs, and charcoal grille; a second picnic table is out in the yard. There are two bedrooms (queen, one double) and a full bath with tub/shower on this main level. Air conditioning in both bedrooms, a handy washer & dryer, and pets will be considered case-by-case. Well-maintained. Beach chairs are provided.

Don’t miss Highland Light and Golf Links, which are about a five-minute drive away; sit on the viewing platform overlooking the ocean, where you often can see the whales. Nearby is Coast Guard Beach.
