Cooling sea breezes and ceiling fans keep you cool through your stay or on those sweltering days, there is air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen boasting new cabinets, countertops, and sink; drip and Keurig coffee makers, nice knives, bar set for your convenience and a grille basket for fish on the grille, Dining for 4, wall-mounted 28″ Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO and more, comfortable furniture including a couch that opens to a double bed. There is a full bath with a WaterPik shower adjacent to the living area. The second room is a sunny, spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bath with a WaterPik shower, TV, two nice recliners and the ceiling fan keeps the breezes going! New silver maple floors throughout the unit, attractive lighting, and an additional window in the bedroom gives you more water views. Both baths have new floors, spa vanities, and lighting. The patio has a picnic table, umbrella, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grille. Beach chairs are provided for guests, some chairs have nifty umbrellas to shade you.
Heat for those early Spring and Fall guests with rate adjustment for the Fall, Spring and partial weeks – 4-night minimum. There is a twin AeroBed in the closet also. Head into Provincetown on the shuttle that passes right by and leave your car behind – no need to worry about traffic or parking! Nearby access to the beach is by a path. The nice new slate path is from the parking area and to the beach stairs.
Highland Golf Links is about a five-minute drive as is Head of the Meadow Beach and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean. The Links overlook the Atlantic Ocean and are next to the Highland Light – all part of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note there is no dishwasher and pets are not allowed.
