The living room opens out toward the water and features a nice gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a new queen-sized Murphy bed; outdoor seating; picnic table; gas grill; and beach chairs. A washer and dryer are on the premises for your convenience; located in the garage, they are shared with the studio guests. Need more room?
