The living room opens out toward the water and features a nice gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a new queen-sized Murphy bed; outdoor seating; picnic table; gas grill; and beach chairs. A washer and dryer are on the premises for your convenience; located in the garage, they are shared with the studio guests. Need more room? The charming studio cottage right next door has additional living space for four and is available to rent.
