Casual summer living in this four-bedroom, two-bath seasonal home with a large secluded backyard – perfect if you decide to bring your dog with you. The home is one level except for one large bedroom on the second level. Main living space features an open plan that offers partial air conditioning and opens to a private screen porch and the backyard. The kitchen has a small island with seating; nearby dining tables, a reading nook, lots of games, comfortable couch and chairs, TV, and large windows. Please note: the kitchen stove is not full size. The screen porch has additional dining options, seating and opens to a deck. There are three bedrooms on this level, the main bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, sliders to the yard, and casual chairs. One bedroom has a twin with a twin trundle, the third has a twin with a second twin in the loft area.
Upstairs you’ll find a nice large bedroom with a double bed and sliders to the upper deck. Convenient first-floor washer and dryer, enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grille, beach chairs and toys. Sandy Fisher Beach is at the end of the road (.5 mile ) and offers nice swimming; you can walk to Wellfleet or the Pamet Harbor entrance. Easy drive to Ballston Beach on the ocean; launch your kayak at Pamet Harbor (about 2 miles away) and explore the Pamet River. Heading to Wellfleet? Miss the traffic by taking the ‘back road’ to Wellfleet. This is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. State and local taxes of 14.45% will apply. Rates and availability are subject to change.
