Privately situated in the Whitman House Cottage complex, the three-bedroom home encompasses three levels with comfortable space for your Cape escape along with a large deck featuring a nice charcoal grille, and wonderful outside furnishings including tables, chairs, and umbrella-all this is highlighted by potted plants. The main living space offers a nice living room with comfortable couches, chairs, and TV; the adjacent dining area seats all guests and the kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, new countertops, a new floor, a new island with a stove, and seating. Step right out to the deck from this level! Additionally, there is a half bath with a washer/dryer on this level. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms, a den plus a full bath. The upper level features the master suite with a large bedroom with a queen bed, TV, office space, closets, and a roomy full bath. Mature trees on the property block you from the nearby association tennis courts and playground. Beach chairs are provided for guests, outdoor shower, please note it is not enclosed.

Truro Central Village is close by offering Farm Market, Fullers Liquors, Cape Tip Seafood Market, and The Box Lunch serving breakfast and lunch. Great Hollow Beach at the end of the road; Ocean beaches, Highland Golf, Highland Light, Montano’s Restaurant, and Provincetown are easy to drive from the cottage.
