This special beach cottage offers easy seaside living and is a perfect getaway spot! Tastefully updated, the air-conditioned cottage offers guests casual living inside and outside. The main level offers comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV (w/Firestick), shelves of books for you to enjoy, a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, and a bath with a nifty tiled shower. Make your way up the loft stairs to a light-filled room offering a daybed that converts to a queen bed (lots of guests enjoy using this as their bedroom), a small desk with more bay views, and sliders to the upper-level deck – this is the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset over Provincetown! Hidden behind the cottage is a private backyard with casual furniture, outside dining, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Walk down the path to the sandy bay beach or the on-premise swimming pool. The shuttle bus to Provincetown stops regularly, is very convenient, and offers no parking worries. No pets allowed. This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. Please note that the cottage can only accommodate two guests and has no washer or dryer.
