The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed. The two downstairs bedrooms (a queen and two twin beds) open to the backyard. The oversized deck offers additional lounging, dining, or just relaxing space; the screen porch has a nice seating area complemented by comfy chairs, side tables, and lamps. Even though the house has four bedrooms the occupancy is limited to 6 people, with no exceptions.
