This reverse-design, 2-story home has three bedrooms on the first level – one bedroom has a queen; the two other bedrooms each have a double bed – comfortable sleeping for 6. The upper level (with heat)boasts a comfortably furnished open living space with a TV, a new floor, and freshly painted walls; the kitchen has new cabinets ( note: no dishwasher). The full bath has a lovely new vanity and there’s a tub/shower. Glass sliders from the living room open to a deck for additional lounging, dining, and entertaining space. The cottage offers beach chairs for your convenience. Coast Guard Beach is the closest ocean beach – about a 1.5-mile drive.
